It has been one hell of a week over here. Snow and ice have made life difficult in general. My internet access has been limited and apparently we have more storms coming later this week. The entire country has been hit by some nasty storms it seems. But while you are all snowed in, be sure to hang out on OnHerCam and allow my girls to keep you all warm.
New Member’s Area Launch
Don’t you just hate the delays? We do as well. Norm has been working extremely hard on working out the bugs and technical issues holding us up. He’s been working hard to make sure using the site (since it’s going to be huge with all kinds of goodies in the end) is easy for you users. We want to avoid users having to have a million different logins for the site. So we’ve been working with our geek geniuses behind the scenes to make sure this is in place along with adding the content, cool features and more. So for now, we are going to hesitantly say that January 1, 2009 will be our new launch date. That gives us a bigger window of time to work with so we don’t keep drawing out the pain of not having the goodies yet.
By the way, did you catch the sneak peek of our “CamGirl Diaries”? I’ll be posting another entry from Ronnie (uber goofball) very soon. With Buffy’s vlog you can get a feel for the casual, laid back vlogs we will offer. And with Ronnie’s vlog you’ll get a feel for some of the humorous dorkisms we shall have. And then we shall offer up some sexy, steamy diaries as well…but you’ll have to be a member to see those.
OnHerCam Calendar
I’ve been behind on getting this ready to release to all of you. I need to make a few tweaks to adjust the SMS message settings and add a few things. I promise to get it done this week. This calendar will better enable users to check out upcoming events such as cheap chats, free cams, photo shoots, appearances, special chats, club events, and more. Users will be able to subscribe via iCal, google calendar, outlook and more. Not only that, but you can have reminders sent to your email, blackberry, iphone, and other mobile devices. In the meantime, feel free to check out upcoming events on our forum calendar HERE.
And to be extra nice, I will be opening up free cams tomorrow night (Tuesday Dec 16th at 5pm PST / 8pm EST) for an hour. Free cams have been a great success for us and the girls are really enjoying getting to know their fans.

For quite awhile I’ve been in tune with the power of Social Media. Social Media along with Social Networking (which we shall have here soon on OHC) are strong driving forces on the internet today. Because OnHerCam much more than cams, but it’s a community, we’ve been working with a few of the larger Social Media / Social Networking platforms out there. We shall be adding more to the links below as we continue to reach out to these outlets on a more personal level and develop good relationships with their sites, so keep your eyes peeled. Our own social networking platform will tie into these quite easily. While it’s still a bit away, I’m rather excited for all that we have to bring you guys as far as social networking goes. OnHerCam is going to keep up with social media and mobile media technologies and we’re excited to have all of you be a part of that. We will bring such a unique experience to the internet as far as men’s entertainment goes.
What’s Going On In The Forums?
